Return Period

You may return unwrapped items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-wrapped items and services are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature, unless there is a defect in our workmanship or an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within the return period and receive a return authorization number before sending items back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • You must have obtained a return authorization number from us

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than perfect condition.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning items due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or shipping error), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number with your return shipment
  6. Ship the items to the address provided in your return instructions

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are non-returnable:

  • Custom-wrapped gifts and personalized wrapping services (unless defective or due to our error)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Gift wrapping services that have been completed and delivered
  • Items that cannot be resold due to health or safety reasons

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items, provided the items are in their original condition. This right applies to unwrapped items only and does not apply to custom-made or personalized items that have been specifically created according to your specifications.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before we begin the wrapping process. Once we have started working on your order, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be charged for work already completed.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund. If work has already begun, we will discuss options with you, which may include a partial refund or completion of the order.

For custom orders, cancellation may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials and time already invested in your project.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-14 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns initiated by the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund separately from your new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

For custom-wrapped items that do not meet our quality standards or do not match the agreed-upon design, we will work with you to correct the issue or provide a full refund.
